1. Introduction Welcome to Visit Visa UAE (visitvisauae.ae). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided Visit Visa UAE is a private travel consultancy that assists travelers in obtaining entry permits (visas) for the United Arab Emirates. We act as an intermediary between the applicant and the relevant authorities (GDRFA / ICP).
3. Accuracy of Information The applicant is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information. Any errors, typos, or incorrect documents provided by the user that lead to visa rejection or delays are the sole responsibility of the applicant.
4. Processing Time While we offer “Express” services (4-6 hours) and standard processing (24-72 hours), these timeframes are estimates based on immigration working hours. We are not liable for delays caused by government system maintenance, public holidays, or additional security checks.
5. Documentation Applicants must ensure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry. Clear color scans of the passport and a white-background photograph are mandatory.
6. Limitation of Liability The final decision to grant or reflect a visa rests solely with the UAE Immigration authorities. Visit Visa UAE cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.
