Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable Government Fees Once a visa application is submitted to the UAE Immigration systems (GDRFA/ICP), the government fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether the visa is approved, rejected, or cancelled.
2. Service Fees Our service fees cover the consultation, document verification, and processing. Once the processing has started, service fees are non-refundable.
3. Visa Rejection If a visa is rejected by the UAE authorities, no refund will be issued for government or service fees. Rejections are typically due to security reasons or existing records in the immigration system, which are beyond our control.
4. Cancellation by Applicant If you wish to cancel your application before it has been submitted to the immigration system, a partial refund (excluding administrative and bank transaction fees) may be granted at our discretion. Once submitted, no cancellation is possible.
5. Refund Processing In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
